Halina Chraca was born in Poland and moved to the United States as a young teenager. After high school, Halina attended college in Illinois and earned a Degree in Accounting. At the same time, she began to renovate her first home purchase, a condo she purchased at the age of 20. At this time, Halina also began working in the insurance industry for the next 10 years.
Eventually Halina moved from Illinois to Indiana and pursued her realtor license as she not only enjoyed the experiences of purchasing and renovating her properties, but also wanted to help others on their journey, making it a stress free transaction.
She also recognized that real estate would afford her the flexibility needed for her and her husband as they raise their 2 young daughters. In her spare time, Halina enjoys spending time outdoors with her girls, traveling and getting together with extended family.
