Cynthia Williams is a realtor with Competence, Confidence, Charisma and Class who places a priority on providing exceptional customer service to her clients for all their housing needs. Cynthia started her housing career in 1990 working for the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD), where she gained first-hand experience with 1st time homebuyers, realtors, Section 8, defaults, foreclosures, credit counseling for homebuyer, fair housing rules and regulations, mortgage qualifications and FHA requirements and approvals. During her tenure Cynthia was nominated by her peers and received The Secretary’s Outstanding Achievement Award, the highest Award given by the Secretary to exceptional government employees.
With the expertise in negotiating and housing, a logical next step was to transition to become a full time Realtor where Cynthia has continued to provide exceptional customer service and exude her charming personality, ensuring everyone involved in the transaction experiences a smooth and seamless process.
Cynthia is a natural when it comes to engaging and understanding the needs and desires of her clients. With a contagious laugh and outgoing personality, she became a beacon of light to her clients who needed special attention. Her commonsense approach provides all her clients the security and comfort needed for an easy buying or selling process
Cynthia is the loving wife of Kenneth for over 30 years and the proud mother of Nick, Chris, Kendra and Kennadie aka mother’s baby.
As a proud resident of northwest Indiana, she takes pride in her contribution to the community. Cynthia is a spokesperson for the American Heart Association, a mentor and leader at the Family Christian Center and a committed volunteer at G.A.P. Food Pantry in Crown Point. Cynthia is also a graduate of the IAR Leadership Academy and recipient of the Thea Bowman Humanitarian award. She is a PTO volunteer, Girl Scout troop leader and an ordained pastor.
